There are three possible reasons. First, the oil level in the fuel tank is too low, and the oil suction pipe is not inserted below the oil level, causing the hydraulic pump to suck empty. At this time, it is necessary to add enough oil to the specified oil line, and insert the oil suction pipe 20-30mm below the oil level. Second, there is serious oil leakage between the plunger and the pump body. At this time, the plunger needs to be replaced and the pump body should be equipped with a gap of not more than 0.03mm. The third is that there are too many impurities in the lubricating oil, and the oil filter is blocked. At this time, the oil filter and the oil tank need to be cleaned and replaced with clean oil.
There are four possible reasons. First, the V-belt is too loose and slips. At this time, the motor seat or belt tensioning device should be adjusted to keep the V-belt tight. The second is the loose fit between the V-belt pulley and the shaft key. At this time, the keyway should be repaired and a new key should be provided. The third is that the V-belt is worn or damaged. At this time, a new V-belt should be replaced. Fourth, the motor failure. The motor should be inspected, repaired or replaced at this time.
It may be that the belt between the motor and the main shaft is too loose, and the drive belt needs to be adjusted.
